C.E.P. (Centro de Emprego Protegido) - Patronaged employment Centre

At Arcils Patronaged Employment Centre are given answers to persons having problems on getting to the work market at different activity areas - farming and cattle raising, wood saw-Mills, shoe repairing, keys duplication, pottery and ceramics, producing plastic cards, cleansing houses, laundry, making and maintaining green spaces.

Through individual attendance programs, we also promote the developing of personal, familiar and social autonomy of the ones in PEC, as well as their ability to self-presentation, as citizens with all the challenges of adult life.

On professional areas, we invest in qualification, flexibility and polyvalence, in their experimental placing in business firms out of Arcil, in the way of creating conditions for later final integration in the work market without our help and assistance.
