Information, Evaluation and Professional Orientation

We try to encourage youngsters over 15 years old and adults with school failure and problems getting and keeping a Job, to draw their Life Project, choosing areas of vocational/professional interest and capabilities, later developed not just in formative process, but also being integrated in the work market, according to each one's option.

 

 

Professional Formation

We have available different formative areas with self-structures: Car Mechanics, Civil and Aluminium Blacksmith, Carpentry, Pottery and Ceramics, Gardening, Proximity Services, and we promote the developing of formation on working places in the community, according to the abilities and interests profile of the candidates.

 

Integration in the Work Market

Our action takes place in close joint with the business market, which cooperates with the Formation Centre by putting candidates on Professional training posts and, after that, in contracting qualified and motivated professionals.
We promote actions of professional collocations, supporting the abilities actualization, from finding a job to the integration in a work post.
